It's been an incredible journey, and I feel honoured to have been a part of such a fantastic team.ĭuring my time here, I learned and grew so much both personally and professionally, and I will always cherish the memories I made. I'm so grateful for the opportunity I had to work with such amazing supervisors and colleagues who became like family. This is my last week at KPMG and it's hard to believe that the time has come to leave this place that has been my home away from home for so long. After 8+ years with KPMG in 2 different countries and continents, it's time for me to bid farewell. Strengthening vulnerability management: In a connected world, businesses must prioritize identifying, managing, and remediating vulnerabilities across their IT and OT infrastructure.
Embracing a proactive approach to security: With the rise of sophisticated cyber threats, organizations need to shift from reactive to proactive security measures. This enables businesses to automate a wide range of activities, from auditing and compliance to safeguarding IT systems and web applications, ultimately fostering a more secure and resilient digital environment. By leveraging the Qualys platform and its suite of integrated applications, organizations can streamline security operations, and access crucial security intelligence on demand. I witnessed it one more time that Qualys is committed to assisting clients and supporting security teams in addressing the challenges and topics that were frequently discussed during the conference presentations and coffee chats. I'm thrilled to have gotten a signed copy of his insightful book, "If It's Smart, It's Vulnerable." This event served as a reminder of the ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape and the importance of staying ahead in the game. It was a fantastic experience attending BSides Vancouver this weekend, where I had the opportunity to meet the renowned cybersecurity expert, Mikko Hyppönen.
